**Scope**: Line 1 and 2, including track works.

**Disciplines**: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural and Architectural.

The Punch listing Lead is responsible for the technical closure of field activity in accordance with contract quality requirements, codes and standards, including local requirements (SBC and GDCD).

The Punch listing Lead will provide technical and management oversight of activities relating to satisfying the requirements, the works completion and the delivery of the punch listing documents.

Additionally, the punch listing lead will be supporting the site teams in engineering or constructions design/compliance issues during the construction or T&C phase.

The primary activities are performing internal and external punch list walkdowns, including visual inspection of facilities.

**Job Duties**:

- ** Internal/External Punchlisting**:

- Assessment of facility/sub-facility for completeness prior to starting the internal walkdowns
- Close coordination with the site teams regarding walkdowns, closure of items and re-inspections
- Attendance to the Punchlist inspections and recording of findings
- Attendance to the Punchlist Coordination Meetings (internal/external)
- Engaging and expediting the closure in technical resolution of findings
- Attendance to the Punchlist re-inspections
- Processing approval of external Punchlist items through the online punch listing software_ _
- Providing technical justifications for items raised by the Engineer/Client
- Review final test reports and compiling the final turnover documentation
- Providing training for the users for the online punch listing software
- ** Installation/T&C**:

- Installation inspection is also performed on areas which have not reached Construction Complete milestones. In this case, the punch listing lead will be providing technical support and technical resolution to expedite the works.
- Engaging and expediting the engineering team in technical resolution of installation non-compliance
- Assistance for installation and T&C as required and requested by the site teams
- ** ES&H**
- Championing ES&H compliance through attendance to STAART talks, conducting ES&H walkdowns and Compliance Checks.

**Qualifications/Experience**

**Essential Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor of science degree in Engineering or other degree related to role.
- Prior experience in Punch listing, completion, and handover
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards and design criteria in all areas of completion and handover
- Experienced in leading small to medium sized teams (5-25 people).
- Experienced with Bechtel and/or industry standard work practices.
- Strong English language communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs and have the ability to prepare reports.
- Setting up management systems for tracking and delivering punch listing /completion and Handover.

- Relevant knowledge/experience of working in KSA and the middle east with a sound understanding of the cultural norms and requirements of the region.
