Train the staff to elevate the guest experience
- Achieve the SPA KPI’s including the set financial targets
- Supervise all the operating responsibilities, coordinating efforts and establishing priorities
- Ensure all relevant Hotel standards, policies and procedures are developed, implemented and actioned
- Responsible for the over-all operation and performance of the spa and fitness for the Hotel including salon and retail, fitness centre, meeting all financial objectives for the spa(s), meeting monthly spa revenue projections as it relates to retail and service and ensuring that expenses are maintained within budget provided
- Primary functions include but are not limited to: (a) providing outstanding guest service and satisfaction(b) revenue generation and service enhancements(c) staff management, development and training
- Responsible for the quality of service and maintenance of the product at the Spa in line with HOTEL’s operating standards
- Responsible for the quality of service and maintenance of the Fitness Centre

with the HOTEL’s operating standards
- Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports for the Hotel senior management incorporating proposals and recommendations regarding policy and operation of the Spa/Fitness, competition, occupancy and usage, market share and achievement of targets
- Develop a clear vision and submit an annual budget and business plan for the Spa/Fitness. To be responsible for the achievement and regular review of the business plan and budget. This should also include the control of staff wage costs in relation to productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with the Executive Team in the preparation of Spa/Fitness marketing plans for the year
- Coordinate all promotional plans and projects for the facility. To provide leadership, direction and support to the employees of the Spa/Fitness and to develop a highly motivated team who can deliver high standards of service in all areas.
- Effectively integrate the Spa/Fitness within the Hotel marketing strategy and to ensure that the Spa/Fitness is marketed correctly both internally and externally. This includes responsibility for ensuring that all hotel staff are kept informed of changes or additions to information in the Spa/Fitness.
- Works collaboratively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors of other departments
- Build an open and trustful environment where everyone's opinion is shared and valued
- Communicate clearly and openly the correct information at the right moment, to employees, members and guests
- Strive to deliver the best quality and be encouraged by excellence
- Lead by inspiration by letting the team know why they do thin

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
