Veterinary assistant
- Prepare veterinary equipment and tools for procedures and surgeries.
- Provide basic care to the dogs, such as administering medications, cleaning wounds, and attending to their health needs.
- Help with vaccination procedures and routine health checks.
- Monitor the health of dogs and report any abnormal signs or health concerns.
- Clean and disinfect examination rooms and treatment areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Document medical information about the animals and update veterinary records.
- Assist in handling dogs during examinations, ensuring their safety and the safety of the veterinarians.
- Provide support during surgeries, including preparing the dogs and monitoring them post-operation.
- Communicate with the shelter team to coordinate efforts in improving the health and well-being of the dogs.
- Offer advice and guidance to potential adopters on health care and preventive measures for dogs.
- Help manage veterinary supplies and ensure medications and tools are stocked and available.

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
