List of Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the satisfactory completion and certification of all work Required by the CAMO/Customer in accordance with the work specification (Work Order and approved MOE procedures)
- Responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s procedures and standards are complied with when carrying out maintenance
- Responsible for ensuring the competence of all personnel engaged in Maintenance.
- Responsible for all the administrative requirements for the Technicians including Hiring/Appraisals/leave/vacation/rotation.
- Responsible of identifying deficiencies in the capabilities of the maintenance Staff and proposing a programme of training and continuation training.
- Responsible for responding to quality deficiencies in the area of activity for which
- Responsible, which arise from independent quality audits;
- Responsible for the implementation of the safety policy and human factor Issues.
- Responsible to verify the availability of a working environment appropriate To the tasks being undertaken.
- Responsible for availability of sufficient competent personnel to plan, Perform, supervise, inspect and certify the work being performed.
- Responsible to record and notify any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous Procedure, practice information or maintenance instruction contained in the Maintenance data used by maintenance personnel to the author of maintenance Data.
- Responsible for verifying that the maintenance works defined by CAMO/Customers are within the scope of MRO organisation.
- To register and recording all the maintenance tasks performed, in order to Demonstrate the fulfilment of the requirements.
- Accountable of controlling and supervising the monthly shift schedule and The leave roster of the staff under his jurisdiction, in order to adequately meet the Maintenance and flight operation programs of the Customer and the training programs of the staff itself.
- Accountable of the corrective actions arisen in the Quality Audits.
- Accountable of ensuring that all actions required by the maintenance plan, Issued by the CAMO or Customer (if any), are performed OTOQOC.
- Is responsible for ensuring the Compliance of Maintenance standards in safe Environment to reciprocate the documentation of CAMO and Quality Department In Line of EASA Part-145 Standards.
- Use and manage SQCDP panel to control the Line/Base/Workshop issues.
- To manage the GSE’s / Airport tools along with GSE & Workshop Staff in accordance with the applicable company Procedures.
- To manage All equipment and tooling for operational requirements.
- To manage and meet the stipulated turnaround time for items through Workshops.
- Ensure highest Quality of maintenance standards are maintained through GSE & Workshops.
- Strict compliance of serviceable and unserviceable GSE, Tools and components.
- Ensure that all GSE Equipments are up to date for any Tasks to be performed on aircraft on a daily basis.
- Ensure all workshops are up to the standards of EASA Part-145.
- Ensure all training and requirements are in compliance for GSE & Work shop personnel.
- Comply the standards of reporting any incident and accident happens within 24 Hours to the Quality Department for further investigation.

**Basic Formation:
Licensed Engineer. If not, other university degree in mechanics, electronics, electricity or any other branch related to maintenance and the continued airworthiness of aircraft would be considered.

**Language:
Advanced level of English. Must have good communication skills in English language verbally and written.

**Experience**
- Experience working on Airbus family fixed wing Aircraft
- A330-MRTT Experience would be an advantage
- Experience working in MRO
- Experience in the Middle East environment.
- 5 years of relevant work experience (in the aeronautical industry or holding positions of responsibility in another type of industry), of which 2 years must be recent (in the last 5 years) in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position
- Proactive and tenacious person.

- Works well in a team collaboration environment.
- Works well under stress and deadlines.
