As a Product Specialist, you will be part of MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions) Business Unit. With Key responsibilities to achieve the annual sales objectives. Establish the success of key MDS brands by building brand awareness in target groups - Nurses, Doctors, Hospital management, Distributors and KOL’s.
**Work location - Jeddah, KSA**
**Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Train sales team in marketing strategies and techniques.
- Establish pricing strategy to improve product sales.
- Define product delivery date for customers after analyzing company production and delivery schedules.
- Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis.
- Participate in trade associations and industry conferences to promote company products.
- Negotiate with customers regarding product pricing.
- Provide support and guidance to sales team as needed.
- Coordinate with other sales specialists to develop sales solutions for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management and sales team to develop successful sales techniques.
- Develop new ideas to retain existing customers.
- Contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, materials and events to promote company products.
**Preferred Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA is a plus
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales. Experience working in MOH segment is a plus
- Experience within Medical Devices/ Life Sciences / Pharma sector
- Travel time 20-30% of work time
- Good Presentation skills
- Phenomenal teammate
