**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to accounting processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and initiative.
