As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's health and safety programs to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to health and safety
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in health and safety management
- Proven knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are strongly preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
