- The “CAD CAM Specialist” is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining CAD models, generating CAM programs for CNC machines,**Knowledge & Qualification**:

- DIPLOMA IN MCHANICAL ENGINEER**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site inspection and load assessment for all non-routine lifting operation (above 5 tons or using none-standard rigging arrangements) to establish what the load to be lifted is, what all the characteristics are, weight, size, type of lifting lugs, etc., and what the ground conditions are. Studying orders, making developed patterns for all items using computer Programs (AUTOCAD 2D - SIGMANEST - WINSTEEL - WINBAR - COLUMBUS - LANTEK). Prepare /review Material List. Prepare/review all CNC Programs. Prepare and review all nesting works to achieve minimum wastage percentages. Design and develop CAD models using software and computer programs. Create CAM programs for CNC machines using software. Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of CAD/CAM processes. Conduct tests and evaluations of CAD/CAM processes to ensure accuracy and quality. Provide technical support to production teams in the implementation of CAD/CAM processes. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the CAD/CAM industry.- Basic Salary:
