**Job Description**:
As a Project Implementation/Activation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and activation of our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating sources, handling timelines, and ensuring the seamless transition from planning to execution. This position requires a thorough individual with strong Project Management skills and a passion for achieving project goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Visa Client & cross-functional teams to define Implementation scope, objectives, and results. Develop comprehensive launch plans, define partners & work within defined timelines.
- Work with, motivate, and handle support teams to ensure alignment. Provide guidance, support, and hold team members accountable for delivering on time.
- Allocate and deploy teams/ resources in line with agreed priorities with the GCC Digital Partnerships teams. Monitor team utilization and adjust as needed.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact launch success. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges.
- Maintain clear and open communication with all project customers, including clients, team members, and management. Provide regular project status updates and reports.
- Ensure project results meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct thorough reviews and testing as necessary.
- Contract Execution: Ensure all initiatives are in line with Visa’s contract commitments. Take proactive measures to control costs and avoid overruns if going beyond commitments.
- Keep projects on schedule by closely monitoring achievements and deadlines. Adjust implementation plans as needed to accommodate changes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including activation / implementation plans, status reports, and changes from either side.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

- You will work closely with our senior UX designer, researcher, and Product Managers to build user experience artefacts such as journey map, wireframe, design and prototypes.
- You will be tasked to bring abstract concepts to life with strong visualization skills.
- You will work on projects that redefine and redesign a variety of business finance processes in some of the biggest organizations around the world.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
