Head of Transmission

**THE ROLE**
- We are looking for the Head of our Transmission Grid Stabilization business for Saudi Arabia with full P&L responsibility
- The service portfolio encompasses Long-Term Service Agreements, Field Services, Repairs, Modernizations & Upgrade, Revamps, Turnarounds, Digitalization as well as Spare Parts.

**Your Profile**:

- 5+ years of business experience in leadership roles
- International business experience with strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe, both internally as well as with customers and suppliers
- Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution and management of multi-disciplined project teams and third parties
- Demonstrable evidence of successful cross-BU and cross-Div collaboration; cross-business experience preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
- Demonstrates transformational leadership skills: motivate, lead, coach and empower teams to deliver results
- Strong experience in Environment, Health and Safety
- Distinct customer orientation, strong customer interface skills
- Proficient English skills required, other languages from the region are a plus
- Flexibility to travel required

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Transmission Grid Stabilization business in KSA, including Sales, Project Management and Engineering functions with full P&L responsibility
- Position the business as a strategic partner with major customers developing customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Instigate and manage business development activities, fully understanding competitor positions and strategy to develop and maintain market share, identifying business needs, market potential and innovative strategies for short and mid-term success
- Develop and implement the cross-BU and cross-Div strategy in KSA in alignment with the Hub.
- Manage multiple internal stakeholders as the position reports to multiple business heads.
- Empowering cross-BU and cross-Division to work collaboratively with the T GS regional set up in the Regional Hub to create the best outcome for Siemens Energy
- Lead and develop the workforce ensuring a high-performance culture of business excellence and continuous improvement, with motivated employees and retention of key staff
- Operate to the highest, moral, ethical, and business standards, manage risk, and protect the Siemens Energy brand
