Manage PL inventory, forecast validation, order management along with all logistics and customs clearance activities in order to fulfill all Nahdi demand and marketing activities like promotion, online salesetc by deploying best practices and governance / control required to fulfill governmental requirements as well as managing suppliers relationship in order to get best fulfillment rate.

**Accountabilities**

**Private Label Supply Planning**:
To oversee and manage PL Supply Planning team to perform the below 3 main functions:
**1. Supply planning**:

- Be responsible on a PL portfolio of products, including products with high levels of promotional volumes, a diverse set of overseas manufacturing sites and/or a high degree of demand seasonality by responsible management of suppliers’ relation in order to achieve best fill rate.
- Manage and review S&OP assigned inventory budget, around 500 M SAR\year, as a value and phasing as well in order to guarantee high service level across the year and year’s events.
- Build a proper supply plans in line with agreed inventory budget to ensure better availability and governance through managing the spending wisely to have at the end high quality efficient inventory.
- Own and develop best in class supply planning models and key levers to optimize total cost of supply in order to support final profit margin of the items.
- Manage on timeline of the plan with suppliers, freight forwarders, brokersetc. to ensure goods readiness which will lead to achieve at the end Nahdi sales target, about 1 B SAR\year.

**2. Order Management**:

- Manage all supply chain tiers performance starting from placing PO till receiving it at all Nahdi supply chain networks to get right product at right place in the right time with 100% compliance with all governmental requirements.
- Manage supplier relationship in order to be monitor production lines and\or fulfillment efforts from vendor side by close follow up and communication to get the products shipped on time.
- Responsible on ensuring that all vendor payments are in the right path on timely manner based on contracts’ terms and conditions to maintain healthy business relationship with all suppliers with trust to make Nahdi best partner to him.
- Accountable on freight forwarding companies assessment exercise, cost, selection and performance by using the proper scorecard set of KPIs in order to select a proper partner that will impact Nahdi fill rate and margin at the end.
- Manage freight documents cycle and readiness by following up with suppliers, governmental bodies in order to have 100% of the documents ready.

**3. Custom clearance**:

- Manage relationship with clearance brokers by collecting and managing all required documents on time to have smooth clearance from ports and minimizing dual time.
- Build and manage shipments clearance tracker to ensure all shipments cleared on time as per Saudi regulations.
- Govern archiving activities required by law for a period of 5 years in order to be ready for all types of audits and making Nahdi free from penalties.

**Function Management**:

- Develop the function KPIs and strategy through the cascading of the division SMART objectives and monitor the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs
- Manage the function’s performance through providing performance feedback, conversations, appraisal, coaching, knowledge transferetc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives and employees career development

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**
- Indoors : 90%
- Outdoors : 10% (DC/Port)
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

**Job Requirement**

- **5+ Years of Experience, Procurement/SC/Commercial**
