Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way and Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Comply with all hygiene standards, quality, rules, and regulations, and Follow all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.
Cleans and tidies the recreation area and massage rooms - sauna after closing.
Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, and product knowledge.
Follow departmental policies and procedures, and follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred Certification in the disciplines is preferred.
