You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate consumer insights into successful marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Innovation Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing innovation strategy to drive brand growth and market differentiation.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and consumer insights to inform innovation efforts.

**Product Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and sales, to conceptualize and launch new products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer needs.

**Campaign Management**:

- Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Oversee the development of creative content, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

**Brand Positioning**:

- Develop and refine brand positioning to ensure it remains relevant and compelling in the market.
- Work closely with the brand management team to ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives.

**Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and industry partners.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing innovation initiatives.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage the marketing innovation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on innovation and product development, preferably within the food/drink industry within Saudi Arabia with strong knowledge of local consumer behaviour.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
