**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university
- Preferably Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent
- At least 5 years validated experience in project management
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to lead workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in balancing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and adaptable to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven social skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office suite

**Your Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Acquiring customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project
- Evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Assess in addressing the technical / commercial risks related to a tender.
- Support the tender team in cost / scope analysis.
- Coordination with the tender management team for cost and price calculation.
- Preparing lesson learned document to improve the work process, operation, quality, safety and cost efficiency.
