**What you will be doing?**
- Align marketing initiatives and business strategies for the Saudi Arabia market.
- Creation of the marketing plan in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Accountable to bring solid traction to day-to-day activities.
- Actively participate and provide key strategic inputs during sales reviews.
- Manage, plan and execute regional partner marketing budget.
- Work Constantly with the Zonal sales team and central marketing team to develop and accomplish channel marketing goals at the region.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboard, reports on marketing activities.
- Branding for Partners, Influencers, Small & Large Format events.
- Connect with Influencer community and associations.
- Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and lead generation plans with inputs from the Central and Regional team.
- Drive awareness programs to keep partners aware of Tally’s latest news and updates.
- Maintain an active and robust event and training calendar for the country.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Marketing graduate, Masters preferred.
- Prior experience in IT/ITES domains.
- Prior experience in managing field/channel partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and some exposure to Tally.
- Excellent Budget Management and relationship building skills.
- Willingness to travel.
