**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for bringing together top-notch talent to our esteemed clients.
- Prepare and post job ads to different job portals and groups.
- Continuously strive to improve recruitment service & efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition with a focus on Oil & Gas, Construction & Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy sectors is preferable.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to monitor & evaluate your own performance, building on strengths and identifying areas to develop.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent **English** and **Hindi** communication skills are preferable.
- Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
