**What does the role involve?**:
As an Account Manager, your main focus is to understand our customers by thinking strategically, building trust, providing advice and delivering uncompromising solutions. This is achieved through having strong relationships with different stakeholders and creating account development plans to engage our customers.

It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. **What you need is ?**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
- Sales oriented, with experience working in similar industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of key project sales
- Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and presenting project status and risks to senior management
- Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organizational structure
- A solution -oriented mind set, determined to consistently meet and exceed goal)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively
