**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met
- Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives
- Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following:
- Sales Achievements vs. Targets
- Sales by Category/Brand per unit
- Team Performance Records
- Customers Information
- Competition information
- To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team
- Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customers
- Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals

**المهام والمسؤوليات المطلوبة للوظيفة** **
- مسؤول عن تحقيق اهداف التوزيع والتغطية وتوفر المنتجات.
- تطوير والتفاوض وتنفيذ ورصد خطط أعمال العميل بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة
- مسؤولة عن الحفاظ على تعقب وتحديث ما يلي:
- إنجازات المبيعات مقابل الأهداف
- المبيعات حسب الفئة / العلامة التجارية لكل وحدة
- سجلات أداء فريق
- معلومات العملاء
- معلومات المنافسة
- قيادة فريق المبيعات الميدانية وإدارته والتحكم فيه وتطويره وتحفيز اعضاء الفريق
- تطوير وإدارة علاقات تجارية بشكل فعال على المدى الطويل مع العملاء
مسؤول عن تطوير فريق المبيعات عبر التدريب على رأس العمل الميداني والتقييم المستمر
