**Job Title**: Senior Project Manager (Fit-Out) - P&DS

**Location**: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

**Role Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Accountable for the day-to-day delivery of all project management tasks.
Develop client briefs and Project Execution Plans specific to each project.
Manage design teams and ensure the development of design solutions that meet client expectations and budget.
Full design management and oversee local government approvals process.
Administer complex contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Assist with tender document compilation, review tender returns, oversee contract negotiations, and facilitate award of contracts.
Develop project documentation, programs, and master budgets.
Produce reports at relevant stages of projects.
Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations outlined in the business case/client brief.
Monitor and report on contractor progress against the contract program.
Manage consultant teams to ensure compliance with the contract.
Act as a lead for project delivery and manage internal teams.

**Requirements**:
Previous professional consultancy experience.
Degree qualification is preferred but not essential.
Professional memberships are an advantage but not essential.
Extensive experience in managing the delivery of fit-out projects across various sectors in the region.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
International safety qualification/recognition is an advantage but not essential.
