About Project and Development Services (PDS)

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Project Manager for our P&DS team. This role will work on schools program in the Eastern Province of KSA.

You are an individual who focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment. As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. Success will be measured by your ability to execute and deliver projects within schedule and Budget.

Embracing the human side of business

You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to manage client and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution, account maintenance, and overall development of client relationships. You will demonstrate the ability to contribute to the culture and the team by providing onsite leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met.

Desired skills and experience for this
A bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
Commercial construction project management experience is preferred but not required.
Three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience related to project management.
Experience in managing delivery related to education sector (schools/universities/colleges) in the region.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not essential.
