The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Design and implement end-to-end workforce planning and resource management processes tailored to the unique needs of the program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current resource management practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop standardized templates, guidelines, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across all assets.
- Evaluate existing resource management systems and tools to determine suitability for the program's requirements.
- Make recommendations for system investments based on scalability, compatibility, and functionality.
- Lead the implementation and integration of the selected system, providing training and support to users as needed.
- Establish a structured position numbering system to facilitate resource tracking and reporting.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational charts reflecting the program's evolving structure and hierarchy.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to ensure alignment between organizational charts and staffing needs.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors to forecast future resource needs based on asset timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular analysis of resource requirements, workload trends, and resource utilization patterns to anticipate demand fluctuations and proactively address staffing gaps or surpluses.
- Develop methodologies and citeria for allocating resources effectively across multiple assets, taking into account priorities, skill requirements, and resource availability.
- Monitor resource utilization and workload distribution to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of human capital, minimizing idle time and maximizing productivity.
- Assess the scalability of the workforce planning and resource management processes and systems to accommodate future growth and expansion of the program.
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategic workforce plans aligned with long-term program objectives and anticipated business needs.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with workforce planning and resource management, such as talent shortages, skill gaps, or project delays.
- Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address unforeseen circumstances and ensure continuity of operations and project delivery.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of workforce planning and resource management initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with insights into resource utilization, staffing trends, and project performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures related to workforce planning and resource management.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, departmental leaders, and external stakeholders to communicate the rationale behind changes, address concerns, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the workforce planning and resource management processes and systems, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in resource management and workforce planning.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and agility in resource allocation and utilization.

- Proven experience in project management, managing small to medium, and large sized projects.
- Developed communication, presentation and project planning and development skills.
- Developed budgetary oversight expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in communicating, coordinating activities and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proven understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
