**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**Execute the Global/National marketing and associated activities within the Business Unit/Affiliate for domestic and export sales to provide the optimum product, price and service package for Ma'aden and its customers and develop sustainable business relationships with its customer to maximise the short and long term revenue (prices and volumes) and thereby the profitability of the Business unit/Affiliate**

**B Degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or equivalent)
**Experience**:
**6 Years experience (3 years in relevant industry)

**Marketing Analysis**
- **Assist to calculate minimum netbacks and prices for each market, to be used by sales force and plants**:

- **Provide data on the Market; Competitors; Pricing; and freight**:

- **Analyse competitor activities and participate to Ma’aden competitive measures & actions**:

- **Prepare specific product Marketing performance reporting (e.g. profitability, netback)**:

- **Update of Market Data Book (market specificities, customer segmentation, supply, demand and trade trends, Competitive landscape, etc.)**

**Pricing**
- **Monitor and evaluate specific product pricing in the main markets, in coordination with Market Intelligence & Commercial teams**:

- **Consolidate inputs for price projections for forward-looking revenue/income estimates for Budgeting, Marketing Plan and Strategy purposes**:

- **Assist Manager/Chief specialist in the validation of the final pricing formula recommended by the Commercial team considering netback optimization for Specific product products**:

- **Participate to prepare the quarterly minimum estimated sales price as per the marketing agreement of the specific product**:

- **Participate to the price cockpit process to define sport price for specific products (where applicable)**:

- **Consolidate data for the update of pricing tool based on market trends to calculate price target for specific products**:

- **Complete models to balance netbacks between Affiliates for specific products**

**Marketing**
- **Implement marketing initiatives to promote Ma’aden specific products**:

- **Monitor the budget for specific product**:

- **Provide analysis on sales forecast (monthly and quarterly), consolidating individual forecasts developed by Commercial teams**:

- **Meet with customers and participate in negotiations on an ad hoc basis (in collaboration with Commercial team) under the supervision of Manager**:

- **Carry out marketing initiatives and product development activities of specific products to ensure that product development activities are customer-driven and will meet market needs**:

- **Assist to develop and implement Ma’aden global promotion plan for specific products**

- **Participate to the development & execution of pre-marketing plans consonance with the Ma’aden’s JV sales partners and ensure it protects the interest of Ma’aden & its long-term marketing objective**
