Join our team at SHC as a Consultant and play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex business challenges. As a Management Consulting firm, we work with diverse clients across various industries to achieve their strategic goals and improve their overall performance.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights and recommendations to our clients. You will work closely with business leaders and project teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, and support the implementation of solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Collect and analyze data to identify key insights and trends
- Develop compelling and data-driven business cases, presentations, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and action plans
- Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- +3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role
- Arabic & English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
