**We are hiring a Senior Spa Therapist for an ultra luxury Spa in Saudi Arabia.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Lead by example
- Perform massage
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Maintain a great attitude
- Resolve emotional and logístical problems by offering solutions
- Ask for suggestions from other colleagues, allowing them to feel valued.

Training
- Advanced massage technique training with staff
- Anatomy knowledge, pressure points, muscle and ligament connections
- Oil, gel, cream, essential oil product knowledge
- Upselling appointment booking frequency, packages etc.

Create Communication templates
- Pre-treatment client interaction
- During treatment client interaction
- Post treatment client interaction

Staff Testing (Quarterly)
- Massage Technique qualification
- Massage type template

Equipment & Supply Inventory
- Product Inventory, all therapists - daily, weekly (Oils, Candles, flowers, etc)
- Equipment servicing / maintenance inventory, (Beds, Bowls, etc)
- Equipment & Product quality Recommendations

Staff Targets
- Repeat and Loyal Client targets (Monthly Review with office admin)

**Character Qualities**:

- Respectful with everyone at all times, even when under the stress of emotional situations and the physical demands of the work.
- Patience, persistence and dedication to teaching and guiding other therapists to improve.
- Being mindful to maintain the confidence of fellow therapist by encouraging them and not embarrassing them in front of others. Correcting therapist should be performed in private.
- Dedication to the financial success of the spa and upholding its image as a Luxury brand.

**Who we're Looking for?**
- 28-50 year old with minimum 4 years experience in both skills

Pay and Benefits:

- Salary starting from AED 4,500 +, depending on experience with very attractive incentive/commission scheme

- 2 Year Visa provided after 30 days probation
- Round-trip flight ticket after 2 years of employment
- 30 days paid vacation after each year of employment

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair, skin & nail care retail products & Booking Packages.
- Strong knowledge of product ranges in the spa.
- Maintaining product inventory and communicating this in advance with the office manager.
- Monitor and stick to time schedule and ensure that other staff members are too throughout the day.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Follow all company policies and procedures
