**Job Title**: Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

**Location**: Riyadh, KSA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for freight forwarding services, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, initiating contact and establishing relationships to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends in KSA and the wider region.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively showcasing AGS's services and value proposition.
- Negotiate terms with clients and partners to secure profitable contracts and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client needs are met and that AGS delivers exceptional service on all freight forwarding engagements.
- Represent AGS at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to promote the brand and forge new business relationships.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Work closely with the customer service and account management teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market, customs regulations, and freight forwarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies that have delivered growth and new client acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in English, with Arabic language skills being highly advantageous.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: From ﷼3,500.00 per month
