Identify and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging finance technologies

**Requirements**:
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ACA) is required or minimum of 10 years of progressive related experience in finance and accounting

Relevant IT qualification and/or certification (e.g. SAP certification, degree in computer science, other)

Project management experience/ qualifications demonstrating knowledge of project methodologies and approaches (PMP, Agile)

Demonstrable experience in managing change and implementation of large scale transformation projects.
