**Role Purpose**:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the HR manager to build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process for below managerial positions.
- Manage distributor Budget, Salary Increase & Debit Notes (All the manual Payments).
- Manage HR process for the employees internal and distributor employees (Hiring, Termination, Salary Refund, etc.).
- Manage company cars.
- Manage all employee related administrative processes.
- Conduct the Exit Interview and share the feedback with the HR managers.
- Responsible to submit Audit Requirements.
- Act as a consultant to staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Participate and implement the regional initiative.
- Manage the employees' files and databases.
- Manage the renewal for the health insurance.
- Managing the payroll for BDF and Alnghi Commission.
- Implement Policies & Procedure.
- Support in HR related projects.
