**Role**:
1. Authorization monitoring
- Conduct review on authorization trends, patterns
- Keep track of the regions trend on the trend
- Implement portfolio optimization initiatives to improve approval rates
- QMR reporting & reconciliation
- Responsible for regular review of Portfolio dashboard across all products
- Conduct regular audits in QMR reporting
- Conduct regular audits on all invoices, billings, costing across vendors, schemes, etc
- Gap analysis & System enhancement
- Conduct periodic review of all processes related to cards and identify gap in process, product
- Propose amendments to bridge gaps.
- Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) for all cards related projects

**Qualifications/ expectations required**:

- Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in product / portfolio management
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
