C295 Loadmaster Instructor

**Job Description Summary**
- The job-holder manages answers to Program requirements in order to offer affordable training to the customer.
- He / she manages training programs from the contractual negotiation with the customer to the implementation of training offers.
- He/She is in charge of developing the training business.

**List of Tasks;**
- Loadmaster Ground activities support
- Flight training support
- Skill matrix // development plan support
- LM Instructor training development
- Complete internal training to meet ASL needs

**Person Specifications**:

- Hold an Airbus C295 type rating course.
- Have Operational experience in C295.
- Have evidence of previous employment as Loadmaster.
- Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts.
- Knowledge of modern educational/training techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language.
- Additional certification in training (e.g. Loadmaster Instructor) is a plus.
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Exceptional customer, communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplined, multi-cultured team within the company.
