This position requires the Instructor Pilot to take responsibility for the development and delivery of training objectives. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Training Manager).
- The C295 Instructor Pilot will be responsible for delivery flights training support in flight and on ground.
- The instructor Pilot also will delivery continuous training for GSAC pilots, in ground school sessions and Flight sessions.
- The IP is responsible to prepare and delivery to the customer safety presentations and general knowledge about safety rules, navigation, aircraft procedures and systems.
- Hold an EASA flight license.
- Hold an Airbus C295 type rating course.
- Have Operational experience in C295.
- Have evidence of previous employment as an instructor pilot.
- Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts.
- Knowledge of modern educational/training techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language.
- Additional certification in training (e.g. Type Rating Instructor) is a plus.
- Exceptional customer, communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplined, multi-cultured team within the company.
