Epmo Operations Specialist

Oversees the overall management of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)) overall activities andfunctions to achieve its mission, goals, objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Supports project managers in conducting, monitoring and controlling of project cost and expenses analysisand forecasting actual costs and future commitments within the allocated project budgets.
2. Prepares consolidated program-level budgets and cost estimates monitor and report on budget versusspending on program and project levels.
3. Ensures that project managers are fulfilling project/program cost controlling activities including, forecastingexpenditures, planning budgets, classifying costs by type, tracking man-hours allocated to a project,verifying supplier invoices and managing change events that impact the budget
4. Reviews change requests received from portfolio, program and project managers and ensure tracking logis up-to-date. And Ensure projects and programs documentation/deliverables are updated with change, asnecessary, and communicate change impact to other EPMO employees to ensure baselines are updated.
5. Provides support to project and program managers in gathering and developing of project plans andschedules.
6. Provides EPMO leadership with an understanding of the current schedules, risks, opportunities andrecommended actions to address variance and predict future performance
7. Manages change requests against master schedule and program budget and update the master scheduleand program budget baselines as needed.
8. Presents the overall change assessment and recommendation to the EPMO director as necessary.
9. Conducts on-going analysis of workforce as related to the EPMO, works closely with the HR, Training &Education to ensure EPMO workforce needs meet demand and are addressed in an effective and promptmanner.
10. Conducts further analysis on the generated dashboards and develop required reports and summaries tothe EPMO leadership.
11. Works in partnership with HR business and finance manager to produce an accurate financial forecastlinked to the benefits timeline.
12. Responsible for leading, planning and directing all HR operations for the EPMO and supports the EPMOleadership and project managers by developing a robust and comprehensive HR strategy; and subsequentdevelopment and implementation of the HR policies, procedures, and procedures related to the EPMO
13. Works delivery managers to develop the portfolio, program and project procurement process.
14. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
15. Follows all Organization's related Policies and Procedures.
16. Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Education**:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Five (5) years of related experience with Masters or seven (7) years with Bachelor’sdegree.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
- Saudi National Only.
- Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineers.
- Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or Project Management, or other related certificates is required.
