Execute project management activities, developing project management tools, frameworks and leading projectsas per the direction of the project/program manager within Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).Delivery.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Prepares key project documents, such as Project charter / memorandum, highlighting the scope, scaleof project and key outcomes to be achieved and develops set of project controls for all allocatedprojects.

2. Manages and writes regular status reports summarizing status of EPMO projects and meetings

3. Manages small to medium scale projects as per the direction of higher management

4. Supports Project Manager on prioritizing project milestones and activities within allocated projects,ensuring their timely completion and minimizing project downtime and dependencies

5. Delivers project management support to internal functions as per direction.

6. Applies necessary checks and audits to ensure adherence to EPMO policies and procedures, andreport breaches accordingly.

7. Performs any other related duties, as assigned.

8. Participates in self and other’s education, training, and development, as applicable.

9. Follows all Organization's related Policies and Procedures.

**Education**:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 09one (1) years of related experience with Master's Degree or Three (3) years withBachelor's Degree.

Grade 10Three (3) years of related experience with Master's Degree or Five (5) years withBachelor's Degree.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Saudi National Only.
- Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineers.
- Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or Project Management, or other related certificates is preferred.
