Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and strategic PMO & Strategy Director to join our team. As the Strategy Director, you will play a key role in driving Al Borg's strategies, aligning it with the vision, and ensuring its effective translation into operational plans and projects through robust project management methodologies. As head of the Project Management Office (PMO), shall establish governance, tools, and practices for efficient project execution while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership in understanding Alborg's mission, vision, and aspirations and articulate this understanding into the foundational framework for Alborg’s strategic and project management objectives.
- Lead the development and refinement of Alborg’s strategic plan in collaboration with the Department Leaders and design a portfolio of strategic initiatives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with Alborg’s ambitions. Provide executive oversight for their successful implementation through the PMO.
- Champion and oversee department’s integration efforts, by employing project management best practices to ensure timely and efficient integration into broader organizational strategies.
- Develop and institutionalize comprehensive Key Performance Indicators for Alborg, while ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and project management goals.
- Lead the analysis of the internal environment and work in tandem with the PMO to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
- Direct external analyses and research to inform strategic planning and project / initiative selection, ensuring Alborg remains agile and responsive to the overall key stakeholders’ dynamics, needs, and opportunities.
- Synthesize results from strategic and project analyses, leading executive-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders to establish priorities and align project portfolios with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement executive-level KPI dashboards and project management tools to provide real-time insights and ensure data-driven decision-making across Alborg’s initiatives.
- Support Alborg’s annual budget, ensuring robust financial governance, allocation efficiency, and adherence to budgetary controls; and align financial strategy with project portfolios and strategic objectives.
- Establish a rigorous PMO reporting framework that encompasses progress reporting, risk management, and performance analytics. Develop sophisticated reporting tools that enable detailed and accurate project progress reporting.
- Provide strategic oversight and governance for the PMO, ensuring robust execution of key projects, standardized project management methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Evaluate annual performance of Alborg’s strategies and projects, identifying lessons learned, and incorporating these insights into continuous improvement efforts and future planning cycles.
- Lead the PMO in the development and execution of RFPs for key initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and optimization of resource allocation.
- Develop executive-level performance reports encompassing both strategic outcomes and project performance, offering insights, deviations, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence within the PMO by ensuring the team is well-equipped with the skills, tools, and resources needed to successfully execute projects and contribute to Al Borg 's strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication between strategy and project teams, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into actionable project plans, and that project outcomes are evaluated in the context of strategic goals.
- Through the PMO, the Strategy & PMO Director oversees internal assessments of business risks impacting Al Borg, and proactively proposes and implements corrective actions and mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in a PMO leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
