**HR MANAGER**

**ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle; attraction, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, retention, attrition.
- Support the PRO to complete visa process
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance management system’s to help drive high performance
- Develop and implementing the compensation and benefits program
- Organize and carryout training needs
- Report HR metrics to senior management
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Have at least 5 years experience working as a HR Manager
- Ideally have experience working in the real estate sector
- Have prior experience managing a team
- Have completed a bachelor degree of business and Human Resource management or related field - desirable
- Be CIPD /SHRM - desirable
- knowledge of HRM systems and databases
- Indepth knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Arabic and English.
- Be a confident negotiator
- Be people orientated and results driven
- Experience creating reports and carrying our HR analytics.
- Be a KSA national.
