**Descripción del Trabajo**

Reparar problemas menores de plomería tales como destapar desagües. Ensamblar secciones, tuberías y dispositivos de unión de las cañerías. Llenar las cañerías o los accesorios de plomería con agua o aire a fin de detectar y localizar filtraciones. Revisar planos, códigos de construcción y especificaciones. Estudiar el plano de construcción e inspeccionar la estructura a fin de planificar instalaciones. Medir, cortar, roscar y acodar la tubería en el ángulo requerido. Instalar y mantener el montaje de la cañerías, los dispositivos de unión, las válvulas, los electrodomésticos y los accesorios. Realizar reparaciones variadas de menor importancia. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo de herramientas y equipos.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad y de la compañía, informar cualquier riesgo para la seguridad, accidentes o lesiones y realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad. Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía y anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 75 libras o menos. Brindar asistencia moviendo, levantando, transportando y ubicando objetos que pesen más de 100 libras. Agarrar, voltear y manipular objetos de diferentes tamaños y pesos. Estirarse por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, retorcerse, halar y encorvarse. Subir y bajar escaleras de mano. Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
