**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership by enforcing the AECOM quality system and policies.
- Ensure consistency between the ePM, PDS and IMS/PMS systems within the assigned country.
- Assist the Program Director by supporting the Tender department and project management with the preparation of quality plans and other quality related documentation, whilst providing guidance / review towards the processing of the sub-parties and supplies as required.
- Plan and perform internal quality audits on the AECOM management system and report to the Regional QA Lead, whilst managing the external third-party audits.
- Monitor the quality auditing performed within projects and provide auditing guidance to project quality team where needed.
- Report the monthly quality statistics, trends and areas for improvement observed by the country quality team, such as form auditing, NC assessments, KPI assessments, etc.
- Ensure that the documentation related to the quality system is complete, accurate and properly maintained.

**Please note: This role is based in a remote location.**

**Qualifications**:

- Civil Engineering Degree or a related field, incorporating quality qualifications.
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (latest version)

Additional Information
- A minimum of 15+ years' experience is required for this role.
- Experience in major programs, is essential.
