- PRIMARY DUTIES- Vendors payments Management
- Inventory management
- Rates validations
- Cost allocations
- Budget controls
- Reporting
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Being the main contact for logistic partners
- Verify, summarize and report logistic invoices
- Reconciling suppliers statements
- Customs duties finance treatment
- Cost allocations based on pre-defined keys
- Coordinating with finance team to keep clean/clear logistic records
- Support logistic department with budget review/update for the department
- Forwarders /suppliers rates control and validation

- Computer Literacy (Mainly Excel; Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a plus).
- Accuracy & attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal Communication and presentation skills.
- Time management skills, Organizing and prioritizing.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent English & Arabic is necessary; French language is a plus.
- Finance ERP system, SAP or any similar tool
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing
