Our Client

Currently hiring a Cloud Unit Manager for a large systems integration specialist based in KSA.

Your responsibilities will include;
- The cloud services unit manager has overall accountability for defining the Cloud Unit strategy, Sales/services, ensuring services are designed and delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle - in conjunction with the cloud sales/presales team, service team, the cloud product manager and cloud service development team.
- Accountable to review with defined Cloud platform best practices enablement strategy, standards, procedures, tools, and processes.
- The cloud services unit manager is responsible for the sales and delivery of cloud services, playing a key role in driving their development and delivery, balancing commercial, financial, and operational considerations.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring that cloud services portfolio meets customer and business requirements. Working with other areas of the business such as sales teams, customer experience, product development, service delivery and other operation teams.
- Will be expected to own the cloud services offerings from a business perspective ensuring timely and effective roadmaps are developed and implemented to meet our goals and market expectations.
- To contribute to company programs, influencing, building, and maintaining relationships, collaborations and partnerships with partners and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring that functions reporting to him to understand and fulfill their roles as major stakeholders in the development and delivery of products.
- Evaluate the performance of the department processes, report Key Performance Indicators, get customer feedback, keep abreast of the best practices, recommend adjustments, and implement changes.
- Finance function to carry out financial planning for the products and services to include budgeting and pricing; business and pricing models for products and services ensuring profitable and growing business.
- Marketing, and account management teams and customer experience management to drive the field and customer engagement sales and support plans
- Monitor and ensure the current and future products are appropriate and meet market needs. This shall include capacity planning analysis and cloud budget planning. Monitoring and reporting of cloud infrastructure health, performance, and cost control
- Responsible for achieving sales quota targets and delivering on annual, quarterly, and monthly KPIs.
- Identify new opportunities and sales pipeline across the industry where our services that can be positioned for new business
- Collaborate with internal team members across the organization including, but not limited to: sales engineers, technical product resources, finance, legal, and others to ensure detailed and pointed technical reviews are presented to further advance the sales process and support client requests, timely.
- Providing support for corporate events, including conferences, and meetings for local, state, national and/or international audiences.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age.
- Helping to define migration and transformation strategies.
- Mitigates team conflict and communication problems; provides information that ensures interest and understanding.
- Promotes innovation, creativity, communication, and effectiveness, always striving for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Computer Engineer or, MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience as Cloud Services/Solutions unit Manager/Director/VP Reporting to CEO office.
- 5-10 years of experience in Local cloud computing Solutions (Openstack, Cloudstack, VMWare Cloud, Redhat,..etc) and 5 years’ Experience in hyperscaler Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud,..etc).
- Experience in Cloud Services Sales management.
- Experience both in the public and private sectors.
- Experience at any in-Saudi cloud Service provider or other country Local Cloud Service provider.
- Strong experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
- Partner ecosystem of major cloud providers.
