The Role

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Qualified lawyer with a strong background in project finance, gained from a reputable international law firm or financial institution. - 1 to 5 years of professional experience - Solid understanding of international finance law, including experience in cross-border transactions, project development, and infrastructure finance. - Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex legal documentation related to project finance deals. - Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and support to clients, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to identify and mitigate legal risks. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams and clients from different cultural backgrounds. - Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic or other languages would be advantageous. - Qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia or eligible for admission to the Saudi Bar Association.
