Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance Legal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing legal documents related to trade finance operations. You will also be expected to conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal due diligence related to the assessment and analysis of legal risks associated with trade finance operations
- Reviewing and preparing legal documents related to trade finance operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws relevant to trade finance
- Collaborating with other teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
Requirements:
- A degree in law or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role
