Riyadh, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Performs overall Career Development & Succession Planning activities Action-researches, and provides high-level of consultation to all Hospital’s departments in the practices of Career Development & Succession Planning using the best healthcare industry techniques and methodologies.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Designs and suggests new ways the methodology for the assessment and develop, oversee the Organization’s Career Development & Succession Planning processes to ensure that Career Development & Succession Planning is integrated throughout the Organization.

2. Prepares retention programs for organization’s talent pool, ensuring sustainability in order to avoid the costs of recruiting and on-boarding external hires into critical leadership roles

3. Assists in developing, leaders competencies in order to identify succession potential and development needs.

4. Develops, implements, monitors and updates employees’ career development plans and retention plans

5. Designs and implement leadership programs for high potential employees and runs the nomination process for different leadership programs, establish an assessment program and assess all successors for the selection of high potential employees.

6. Provides consultations and opportunities for improvement as well as gathering and comparing data from different available sources to draw conclusions. Identifies and uses the most effective approach/solution to improve system deficiencies and take corrective action (s) that is consistent with available facts & resources.

7. Designs the mentoring and coaching methodology, and builds the network of internal and external coaches and mentors.

8. Cooperates with the external vendors and designs tailor made programs for the development of high potentials.

9.Follows all hospital related Policies and Procedures.

10. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Seven (7) years of related experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National Only.
