Well, today is the day you cash in on these skills We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive (Deal Closer) to join our growing Sales team. As a Sales Executive at Marn, you will receive daily qualified leads from your colleagues on the Pre-Sales team. You will then become the Deals Closer by reaching out to the lead and changing their status to a long-lasting client of Marn via closing the deal properly.

Marn is a technology company owned by Jahez. We build and deliver Cloud Cashier System (AKA point of sale (POS) system) to retail, F&B, services, and entertainment businesses. Most of Marn’s potential is yet to be unlocked. This Sales Executive opportunity is your chance to take a driver's seat to unlock Marn’s full potential. You will be a focal point for driving the growth of Marn. While so, you will be sharpening your skills in communication, negotiation, setting & achieving goals, etc.

Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS) software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for businesses in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively in the past two years and continues accelerating its customer base's growth.

**What You'll Do**:

- You will be a champion in understanding Marn’s software, the competition, the buyer's persona, Marn’s value proposition, and market dynamics
- Use the knowledge you have about Marn, its customers, and its market to present & prompt Marn’s products
- Be a consultant of prospective clients via understanding their needs, then close with them only if Marn can satisfy their needs 100%
- Negotiate prices and issue sales quotations while presenting the ROI of Marn’s products
- You will set your weekly targets & execute them daily to accomplish your sales quota
- Contribute to Marn’s understanding of customer needs, interests, challenges, and offering updates via participating in internal sessions
- Above all, you will be a superhero deal closer to going above & beyond your monthly sales quota each & every month of the year

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Superior communication skills in the Arabic language with intermediate English proficiency
- Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Willingness to go above and beyond for prospective clients in supporting them in understanding the value of Marn’s products
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Proven presentation skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Fluency in Turkish or Urdu languages
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales within a rapid-growth environment
- Background about technology startups
