The position is primarily responsible to support Beckman Coulter’s customers by educating the end-users on BCI Microbiology MB Menu & instruments and promoting the BC MB solution to the end users being the industry gold standard in antimicrobial resistance detection. The incumbent will be responsible to drive sales results in the assigned territory. The associate will also be supporting the Urine analysis product line
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- ** Sales Role**:
- To achieve SMART goals and financial objectives in the designated territory.
- Build long term relationships with the end users in his assigned territory by meeting customer needs
- Promoting the MB and Urine Analysis portfolio of BCI
- Drive performance using the sales funnel and work closely on closing opportunities in coordination with the BUM, Sales manager & the CP.
- Develop and execute Key account plans in coordination with the sales managers, BM, & CP to close opportunities.
- To follow up with end users and/or concerned department to generate RFQs.
- To work closely with the customer service rep to arrange and submit quotations.
- To actively engage in the price negotiation process with the procurement departments for the direct opportunities
- ** Application Support**:
- Determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
- Diagnoses and resolves technical issues (parameters, calibration and quality control).
- Develops and delivers product training to end users as well as supporting field associates (sales and service).
- Attend internal or external meetings related to BCI product portfolio.
- Support CP field associates and customers with clinical expertise.
- Develop and support customers in regard to External Quality Control (RIQAS).
- Ensure IB receives adequate clinical support & supports the CP when needed
**The essential requirements of the job include**:_ _**
- B. Sc. degree in Life Sciences, Medical Lab, Microbiology preferred
- Prior experience in the MB lab ( 3 years experience is a minimum)
- Clinical and commercial-driven individual
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Ability to build excellent relationships with the different stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, and Distributors.
- Highly agile and flexible as extensive travel is required
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market
