Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Digital Products Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the development and management of digital products that enhance our customer experience and align with our strategic goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital product life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to perform market research and data analysis to inform product development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms related to product management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
