Audio Visual Assistant Manager

Assist with the coordination, supervision, and execution of all audio-visual requirements for all events
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends
- Conduct daily checks of all audio-visual equipment to ensure that any necessary repairs are made or replacements are ordered in a timely fashion
- Assist in the creation of event diagrams and detailed event orders to ensure seamless event execution
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all client requirements are met in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure equipment is set up according to client needs and is functioning correctly before, during, and after events
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the department's performance to ensure that it is meeting the needs of the clients and hotel operations
- Assist with the supervision, training, and development of the audio-visual department team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an audio-visual position, with exposure to high-end audio-visual equipment and event coordination
- Degree or diploma in audio-visual technology or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
