At AESG we are looking for a Principal Fire & Life Safety Consultant to support our Fire & Life Safety team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines.

**Essential Skills**:

- Masters degree in Fire Safety / Fire Engineering
- Minimum of 12 (twelve) year-experience across the fields of fire & life safety related to the built environment
- Good technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering working within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
- Independently manage complex projects with multifaceted technical scope and stakeholder management both internally and externally (internal technical team, relevant authorities, clients, subconsultants etc)
- A good understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process
- Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required, within time and budget
- Strong leadership, interpersonal / people management, and mentoring skills
- Experience in managing PMC activities at a client / consultant level
