The IT Product Manager is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of technology products or services within an organization. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to drive the successful delivery of IT solutions for Service and Commerce Applications used by Lucid to enable business teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in product strategy: Collaborate with the product management team to define and refine product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Requirement gathering and analysis: Collect and document user requirements, conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and identify customer needs to inform product decision-making.
- Product development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, including feature prioritization, user story creation, and sprint planning.
- Project management: Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Testing and quality assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure product quality and functionality.
- Product documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and release notes.
- Stakeholder communication: Act as a liaison between product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Market and competitive analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and potential product improvements.
- Customer support and feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and engage with customer support teams to identify areas of improvement and inform future product iterations.
- Training and support: Provide product training and support to internal teams, such as sales, customer success, and support, to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its value proposition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 4 years IT Business or Systems Analyst Experience.
- 6 years of experience working in IT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product management methodologies and practices, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology stack.
- Experience with project management tools, issue tracking systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
