سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولا عن:

- الاشراف وادارة قسم المبيعات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة بشكل دوري.
- تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
- المشاركة في بناء العلاقات مع العملاء والحفاظ على تقديم خدمات تساعد على اكتساب رضى العملاء.
- التفاوض وإنهاء إجراءات البيع والاتفاقات مع العملاء المهمين.
- رصد وتحليل نسب المبيعات وقياس الأداء واقتراح التحسينات.
- إعداد توقعات المبيعات الدورية منها الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية
- القدرة على اجراء التعيينات و المقابلات التوظيفية اللازمة

A leading IT company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in corporate sales.
- Supervise and manage the sales department to ensure the regular achievement of the required goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and expand customer base.
- Engage in building relationships with customers and maintaining the delivery of services that help in acquiring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and finalize sales procedures and agreements with key customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales figures, measure performance, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
- conduct necessary hiring and job interviews

- مهارات ممتازة في التوجيه والتدريب وإدارة الأفراد

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent skills in guidance, training, and employee management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
