**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are Looking for IT- Infra manager for one of our well-known clients based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Reports to**:
***Director - Infrastructure & Operations

**Job Profile**:
To Lead the infrastructure planning and development activities, in addition to driving and monitoring the data center and network operations to ensure high and continuous service availability and to prevent any incidents (security or operational) from turning into problems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Contribution**
- Lead the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the IT Operations deliver the vision and mission.
- Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the IT Operations and monitor the performance.

**2. Leadership**
- Lead the activities of the IT Operations team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.
- Develop a motivated, engaged and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
- Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to the vision, mission, values, fundamentals and corporate strategy.

**Budgeting - **Lead the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.

**4. Other Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning and designing of the target infrastructure solutions and systems, and oversee the deployment of the new IT infrastructure to evaluate and recommend enhancement to company's infrastructure.
- Oversee and approve the company's cloud and on-premise infrastructure architecture developed by enterprise architect and IT operations team, to drive architecture improvements and standardization for the infrastructure environment
- Approve the identification of any changes to the security or infrastructure policies based on recurring incidents.

**Education, Experience & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Network, Computer Engineering or related field from an accredited institution is required

**Experience **:5-7 years of experience with network, security and infrastructure monitoring. Strong On-Premise and cloud infra experience

**Skills **:Ability to diagnose/coordinate repair of IT equipment by dispatching & tracking service providers and Good working knowledge of a variety of technology platforms and tools including: Microsoft systems (e.g. Windows 2008 Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint), Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, database architectures, TCP/IP, VPNs, LAN/WAN technologies and architectures
