**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, promote company products, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your role involves implementing sales strategies, providing guidance and training to the sales team, and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise a team of sales representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management. Assign territories and set clear sales targets for each team member.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for sales improvement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to management for adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Performance Tracking**: Track sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and individual sales performance. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service skills. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help sales representatives achieve their targets.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability and timely delivery to customers. Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excesses.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance analysis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management software.
